Fee structure 2025
This information details the financial commitment expected from all club members and families for the season.
The committee of Seaton Calisthenics Club compiles fees for the season with the aim of maintaining as low a
cost to parents as possible, while ensuring our club runs smoothly. In order to achieve this, we ask assistance
from our members and families to ensure fees are paid on time, participate in our fundraising opportunities,
volunteer within the club and assist at CASA events to prevent club fines.
Should you have any further queries please contact the club Treasurer via email.

Fee Breakdown
There are 4 main components to our fees.
1. Registration Fees
There are two components to the registration process.
a. CASA registration
A compulsory registration for all members under our governing body.
The cost is set by CASA this year at $101 and payment is required at the time of completing the registration. Both registration and payment occur via the Revolution Sport Portal.
Existing member registrations must be completed prior to 10/2/25
New members are required to register in 2025 following 2 come and try classes.
b. Club registration
This is a component of your Seaton fees mainly comprised of; club registration with CASA, a CASA
theatre levy, insurance, music and copyright license, administration.
2. Costumes and Dressmaking
Each year a costume budget is carefully considered by the committee and coaches to ensure every member looks fabulous on stage!
Coaches work very hard to source material, dressmakers and trimmings (bling). Families may be required to assist with gemming and applying simple trim. New to this? No problem – no prior experience required, coaches provide full instructions and guidance.
For core items, coaches utilise club costumes which are retrimmed each year to match the team’s music, then returned after competitions, washed and stored for the new season. These are held in our
club’s external storage unit, with the fee for storage and use of these costumes included in your fees.
Coaches may source an external costume for hire, reuse and/or hire from other club members.
**Not included in your fees are any dressmaking costs for costumes kept by the girls at the end of the Calisthenics year. This cost is paid directly to the dressmakers and is approximately $40- $50 per costume (confirmed by the dressmaker and your coach). Tinies and Sub Juniors will have one costume and Junior, Inters, Seniors and Masters could require 2 costumes.
3. Equipment
Included in the fees are rods, rod tape, wig hire, club hire (from Sub-Junior) to name a few.
**Does not include a one-off club deposit of $28 payable the first-time clubs are hired. This deposit will be refunded once the clubs are returned in good condition. Should breakages occur you will be billed
for the clubs.
4. Practices
Fees are based on 40 weeks of the year with the exception of the Masters 2025 season being based on 34 weeks due to Pan Pacs. Included in your fees are weekly classes, hall hire, coaching wages, royalty practice with lighting and additional lesson hours based on your grade. Any additional hours beyond the covered allocation will be discussed by your coach as members will be responsible for costs including hall hire and coaching wages. Classes may be rescheduled due to coaching illness
etc. and in accordance with the heat policy.
Additional Team Costs
We aim to keep any additional costs on top of your fees minimal. These include; club jacket (required), tickets to concerts and competitions, fundraising events and raffles, aesthetic skirt, tanning for competitions and makeup (advised by the coach). There are optional videos of performances, and team photos to purchase too.
Sports Vouchers
The member may qualify for the government sports voucher to be used towards fees. As of 1/1/2025 eligible children can use two $100 vouchers for the same activity. Simply complete the voucher and email it to the Treasurer.
